Refund policy

In the event of an error by Taboo (dispatch of a product different from the product ordered) or if the product delivered is defective, Taboo will, at the customer's option, exchange or reimburse the product on receipt by Taboo of the latter, complete, in its original condition and original packaging, subject to the customer formulating to Taboo, within three working days of delivery, any complaint about the package delivered (for example: damaged package, already opened...). Reimbursement will be made, at Taboo' discretion, by crediting your bank account or by cheque sent in the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address specified when the order was placed.
